Join Brolik and friends on Monday, August 26th for a pig roast and cocktails in the garden of the Morris House Hotel.
Our friends at North Mountain Pastures are providing the grass-fed 80 lb. pig along with some tasty cured meats and sausages for sampling.
In addition, Chef Liam Geoghegan will be cooking "bourgeois bbq" foods like Artisan Cornbreads and Kale Slaw.
